Ilse is Belgian, born in 1982 in Dendermonde. She is a Dutch native speaker, is fluent in English and French and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Ilse holds a degree in languages.

In 2009 Ilse joined DenK iP bvba. In 2011 she successfully passed the qualifying examination for paralegals, organised by the Platform Formalities Officers.
